Yam Vegetable Recipe
Yam or sweet potato. Some sweet potatoes are easier to sprout than others. Half submerged in water is one of the easiest ways. Yam Vegetable, which is rich in vitamin C, B6, dietary fibre, potassium, and manganese.
Ingredients -
250gm suran (yam)
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2-3 tbsp oil
salt to taste
Preparation -
Heat the oil.
Add cumin seeds, green chillies, onion chopped, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, green chillies, tomato chopped and mix well.
Add suran (yam), coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garlic, ginger, salt and mix well.
Add cook for sometime.
Serve hot.
