Recipe

Pumpkin Pie Truffles

¼ t ginger root powder
¼ t vanilla bean powder
½ t cinnamon
1/16 t clove powder
165g pumpkin or sweet potato
18g coconut sugar
90g coconut butter
120g Zimt Baking Chocolate
A sprinkle of pumpkin seeds

Combine all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth and all are incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to the freezer to cool off for about 15 minutes.

Melt your chocolate chunks using our amazing hair dryer method (stay tuned!), or, carefully over a double boiler.

Take the mixture out of the freezer, and scoop into 9-12 mounds, onto a parchment paper lined sheet.

Put back in the freezer and let cool for about 10 minutes.

When hardened, dip into melted chocolate, place on parchment paper and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.

Pop into the fridge to finish hardening and in about 10 minutes, you’ve got truffles!
