Oil – 3-4 tablespoons
Cumin Seeds – 1 teaspoon
Ginger n Garlic (Crushed) – 2 tablespoons
Onion – 2 Medium
Tomato – 1 large
Green Chilli – 1 medium
Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 teaspoons
Red Paprika mild – ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 ½ teaspoon
Fresh Coriander – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Salt – 1.5 teaspoons (According to taste)
