[What is bilberry fruit]

Bilberry (Vaccinium Myrtillus L.) is a kind of perennial deciduous or evergreen fruit shrubs, mainly found in subarctic regions of the world as in Sweden, Finland and Ukraine, etc. Bilberries contain dense levels of anthocyanin pigments, which was said popularly to have been used by World War II RAF pilots to sharpen night vision. In fork medicine, Europeans have been taking bilberry for a hundred years. Recipe:

- 1 1/2 cups of dried pumpkin seeds (in-shell)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 or 3 Tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsp sea salt

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until the seeds are well coated. Bake in your oven at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes or until the seeds are crispy. Place the seeds in a bowl and let cool. Enjoy this delicious and healthy snack!
