2 Table Spoons Olive Oil
Sprinkle of Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic
Small Sprinkle of Sea Salt
Small Sprinkle of Black Pepper
2 table Spoons of Lemon Juice
2 cups Broccoli Spears
2 cups sweet peas

I Mixed these together and tossed them on my Nu Wave oven for 20 minutes…check your oven!
