[What is Citrus Aurantium]

Citrus aurantium L, belonging to the family Rutaceae, is widely distributed in China. Zhishi, the Chinese traditional name for Citrus aurantium, has long been a folk medicine in traditional Chinese medicine (TCMto improve indigestion and help stimulate the Qi (energy force).

[Function]

1. Have the function of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hypolipidemic, vasoprotective and anticarcinogenic and cholesterol lowering actions.

2. Have the function of inhibiting following enzymes: Phospholipase A2, lipoxygenase, HMG-CoA reductase and cyclo-oxygenase.

3. Have the function of improving the health of capillaries by reducing the capillary permeability.

4. Have the function of reducing hay fever and other allergic conditions by inhibiting the release of histamine from mast cells. The possible activity of hesperidin could be explained by the inhibition of polyamine synthesis. (bitter orange extract)

عصير العنب الأحمر
إنّ عصير العنب الأحمر من العصائر الطبيعيّة المنعشة التي تتميز بقيمة غذائيّة عالية، مما يجعل منه غذاءً مناسباً للنساء الحوامل؛ لأنّه يحتوي على نسبة عالية من العناصر المعدنيّة، والبروتينات، والفيتامينات، والأحماض الضروريّة لهذه الفترة التي تحتاج إلى عناية استثنائيّة، كما أنّ هذا العصير يتمّ تحضيره بطرق عدة من فاكهة العنب الأحمر التي تنتشر في مناطق حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط.فوائد عصير العنب الأحمر للحامل
يحتوي عصير العنب الأحمر على نسبة مرتفعة من عنصر الحديد، حيث يزيد إنتاج كريات الدم الحمراء في الجسم، وبالتالي يرفع منسوب الهيموغلوبين في الدم لدى الحامل، ويقي من إصابتها بنقص الدم أو الأنيميا الذي تزيد احتماليّة الإصابة به خلال الحمل وبعد الولادة.
يعدّ غنياً جداً بحمض الفوليك أو فيتامين B9 الذي يعتبر من الأحماض الأساسيّة التي تضمن سلامة الحامل، كما يضمن النمو البدني الصّحي والمتكامل لجنينها، بما في ذلك نمو المخ والنخاع الشوكي، ويمنع إصابته بالتشوّهات والعيوب الخلقيّة المختلفة بما في ذلك نقص النمو.
يقوي العظام، ويمنع هشاشتها وضعفها نتيجة الحمل.
يُحسن صحة الأسنان؛ لأنّه يحتوي على الكالسيوم.
يقي من مشكلة الإمساك الشديد التي تعاني منها الحامل أحياناً.
يضبط مستوى ضغط الدم لدى الحامل، ويمنع ارتفاعه.
يُساعد على بناء عضلات الجسم.
يقاوم التوتر والضغط النفسي، كما يقلّل احتماليّة الإصابة بالاكتئاب الذي ترتفع نسبته في فترة الحمل.الفوائد العامة لعصير العنب الأحمر
يقي من مشكلة السمنة، لأنّه يخفض مستوى الدسم الغذائي، لأنّه غنيّ بالألياف الذائبة وغير الذائبة.
يحتوي على عنصر الزنك الذي يعدّ مسؤولاً عن الوقاية من الأمراض المختلفة، كما يعزز القدرات المناعيّة لاحتوائه على مركبات Proanthocyanidins.
يقوي النظر، ويُقلّل احتماليّة الإصابة بأمراض العينين المختلفة.
يعالج مشكلة البواسير.
يحتوي على فيتامين هـ المضاد للأكسدة والذي يقاوم السرطان، بما في ذلك سرطان البروستاتا والثدي.
ينشط وظيفة الكبد، وخاصة لدى المصابين بقصور الكبد.
يقوي نمو الشعر، ويمنع ضعفه وتساقطه.
يقوي القدرات الجنسيّة لدى الرجال، ويعالج العقم.
يعالج مشكلات البشرة المختلفة، ويمنحها النضارة.

إضافة الماء والسكر إلى المزيج، وخلطه جيداً.
تصفية المزيج، ثمّ وضعه في الثلاجة وتناوله بارداً.
