Marigold flower belongs to compositae family and tagetes erecta. It is an annual herb and widely planted in Heilungkiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Yunnan , etc.The marigold we used comes from Yunnan province. Cream of Rice Recipe
75g (or however much you want) cream of rice–cook as per directions on the box
65g egg whites-cook for 1 min, stirring halfway through
15-20g protein powder mixed with water (I use @pescience snickerdoodle)
Cook for another 45sec-1min
