Recipe is as follows:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
Pinch of salt

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges!
