    Ingredients of Macher Matha Diye Pui Shaker Recipe:
    1. Pui shak/Malabar spinach (500 gm).
    2. Rohu Fish head (1 pc).
    3. Potatoes (1 big size).
    4. Pumpkin (250 gm).
    5. Brinjal (1 medium size).
    6. Pointed gourd (4 pc).
    7. Chopped onion (2 medium sizes).
    8. Tomato (1 big size).
    9. Ginger paste (1 tsp).
    10. Green chilli paste (4 pc).
    11. Panch phoron (½ tsp).
    12. 1 Dry red chilli.
    13. Turmeric powder (1.5 tsp).
    14. Cumin powder (1 tsp).
    15. Red chilli powder (½ tsp).
    16. Garam masala powder (½ tsp).
    17. Salt (as per your taste).
    18. Sugar (as per your taste).
    19. Mustard oil.

    Methods of How to make Chanchra or Pui Shak Diye Macher Mathar recipe:
    1. Marinate the Rui fish head with ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp turmeric powder. Keep it for 5 min.
    2. Heat the pan and add mustard oil in it. Fry the fish head properly. Keep aside.
    3. Fry the vegetables like potatoes, pumpkin, pointed gourd, and brinjal. Keep the flame high mode. Add ½ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp salt. Mixed it well.
    4. After frying keep aside.
    5. Add 3 tbsp mustard oil. Add ½ tsp panch phoron, and 1 dry red chilli.
    6. Add chopped onion. Fry it well.
    7. Add sliced tomato. Fry for 2 min in medium flame.
    8. Add 1 tsp ginger paste and green chilli paste. Fry for 1 min in medium flame.
    9. Add 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, ¼ tsp salt, and 1 tsp sugar. Mix it well.
    10. Add some water and cook for 2 min in high flame.
    11. Add Rui macher matha and cook for 1 min in high flame.
    12. Add Pui Saag and fried vegetables. Mix it well.
    13. Cover it for 5 min in low flame.
    14. After this cook in high flame for another 5 min.
    15. Add 2 cups water. When boiling cover it for 10 min.
    16. Now cook in high flame.
    17. Taste it. Add more salt or sugar as per your taste.
    18. Add ½ tsp garam masala powder. Mix it well.
    19. After 3 to 5 min put off your gas oven.
    20. Serve hot Macher Matha Diye Pui Saag with hot steamed rice.
