[What is Siberian Ginseng?]

Eleutherococcus, also known as eleuthero or Siberian ginseng, grows in mountain forests and is native to eastern Asia including China, Japan, and Russia. Traditional Chinese Medicine has used eleutherococcus for reducing lethargy, fatigue, and low stamina as well as increasing endurance and resilience to environmental stresses. This week, Peter shows us how to make delicious Blueberry Banana Muffins. These muffins rock and they are to die for! And they are off the HOOK!!!

Ingredients

- 2 cups of whole weat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups of mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix the bananas, egg whites, and vanilla extract.
3. Mix the banana mixture into the flour mixture until smooth. Fold in the blueberries. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan.
4. Bake 16 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Prepare in 15 Minutes
Cook for 16 Minutes
Serves up to 12 people

Pada awal terdeteksi mengidap kanker payudara, saya hanya minum SUPER LUTEIN 1 caps/hari (krn pada saat itu, produk ini masih belum bisa didapatkan di Malaysia, tapi hrs dibeli di Singapore).
