[What is bilberry fruit]

Bilberry (Vaccinium Myrtillus L.) is a kind of perennial deciduous or evergreen fruit shrubs, mainly found in subarctic regions of the world as in Sweden, Finland and Ukraine, etc. Bilberries contain dense levels of anthocyanin pigments, which was said popularly to have been used by World War II RAF pilots to sharpen night vision. In fork medicine, Europeans have been taking bilberry for a hundred years. Bilberry extracts entered the healthcare market as a kind of dietary supplement for effects on vision enhancement and visual fatigue relief.

Pumpkin seed
Pumpkin flesh
Ghee
Powdered cardamon
sugar
condenced milk
Milk
Vanila essence

Instructions
1.Grate the Pumpkin and just grind in the mixie.

Preparation.
1.Take a pan and add ghee.
2. Add pumpkin into it and saute well.
3. Add milk and stirr well.
4. when it turns thick add condenced milk 5. Add cardamom and vanila essence
6. Turn off the stove and add sugar and stir well
7.Turn on fire and add pumpkin seed
8.Allow to cool and serve it.

2. Coconut Ladoo Recipe

Recipe Ingredient
water
sugar
coa(milk solid)
desiccated coconut(dry coconut)
Powdered pistha
Powered cardamom
condensed milk

Preparation
1. Take a pan add water
2. Add sugar into it
3. Mix coa and desiccated coconut. Mix well
4. Add condensed milk and mix well
5. Put crushed cardamom,crushed pistha and mix well.turn off the stove
6. Keep cool for some time
7. Make some ball from that and roll in the desiccated coconut.

Sophora japonica ‘Pendula’ (Treur Honingboom, Treurvormige honingboom)

Sophora japonica ‘Pendula’ is een treurvormige selectie van de Honingboom kan een hoogte bereiken van 4 tot 8 meter.

De takken en de twijgen van de Sophora japonica ‘Pendula’ zijn groen met licht gekleurde lenticellen. De honingboom heeft samengesteld donkergroen blad van ongeveer 25 cm lang wat in de herfst geel wordt. De roomwitte tot roomgele bloemen van de honingboom staan in pluimen (pluimen kunnen 30 cm worden). De bloemen groeien later uit tot grijze peulen. Het kan wel 10 jaar duren voordat de eerste bloemen verschijnen (in het Nederlandse klimaat bloeit deze variant van de honingboom zelden).
