Introduction:

In ancient times, garlic was used as a remedy for intestinal disorders, flatulence, worms, respiratory infections, skin diseases, wounds, symptoms of aging, and many other ailments. This is an unrehearsed discussion of my experience and knowledge of white pine. I don’t use it frequently as there are other sources that can work fine. The white pine can take your body in a unique direction medicinally though.
