Green Coffee Bean Extract is sourced from Europe and is standardized to more than 99% Chlorogenic Acid. Chlorogenic Acid is the compound present in coffee. Which has been long known as for its beneficial properties. I do not care for the ice cream sold in stores. Loaded with sugar, GMOs and other poisons. Not fit for consumption. After deciding to make my own, I ordered a Cuisinart machine due to the good reviews. A month went by after it came and I still was not well enough to use it so it went back. I figured I could try again later if my health became more stable.

Not having enough good days to make things like ice cream and realizing I was going to go off grid soon with only low EMF DC power, I tried a new method. I searched here on youtube “how to make ice cream with out a machine.

I made these with a spoon, a fork and left over containers. The first batch was the best vanilla I ever had. This batch was so so as trying new flavors. The chocolate peanut-butter [sun-butter] did not come out so great-I did not seal it right and it crystallized. That is why it looks SO GROSS. Other than that it was fine. The other 2 flavors came out great.

I love the control of making my own. No storing or eating a huge tub. No sugar [stevia sweetened] if I so choose and ALL ORGANIC and all real ingredients.
