[How to get it]

First, we collect raw propolis from beehives, then extract by low temperature with ethanol. Filter and concentrate, we get the pure propolis block at 98%. Then Low temperature crushing, adding edible and medicinal excipients, finally we get propolis powder.

Propolis comes from the substance like natural resin, which is collected by the bees from exudates of plants branches and bud the chemical substances of Propolis are found to be various, such as beeswax, resin, incense lipids, aromatic oil, fat-soluble oils, pollen and other organic matter. Studies have shown that the source of propolis resin in material has three types: bees collected plants secreted fluid, secretion in vivo metabolism of bee, and involvement in the process of forming the material.

Hibiscus syriacus, commonly called rose of Sharon or shrub althea, is a vigorous, upright, vase-shaped, multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub that typically grows 8-12’ tall. It may be trained as a small tree or espalier. Showy, hollyhock-like, 5-petaled flowers (to 3” diameter) appear over a long, early-summer to fall bloom period. Each flower has a prominent and showy center staminal column. Palmately-veined, coarsely-toothed, three-lobed, medium green leaves (to 4” long) are attractive during the growing season but produce no fall color.

The leaves are edible when cooked, and can be added to quiche or greens. The leaves and flowers also can be brewed as an antioxidant tea. Medicinally, rose of Sharon’s flower buds contain mucilage, a gooey medicinal compound made of polysaccharides, found in most species of the mallow family; think of okra’s sliminess.

What if I told you ONE thing you could do each morning right as you wake up to help you BOOST your energy, eliminate toxins, improve your digestion, stimulate your metabolism, and lose body fat…would you do it?

First, it helps improve digestion. Which is great for those that struggle with constipation, indigestion, and bloating issues. Lemon water will help regulate your bowel movements.

Lemon water also help detoxify the liver by helping flush out toxins in the body.

It also helps balance your pH levels. Our bodies function better in a more alkaline state versus an acidic state. Unfortunately, most people are more acidic due to the amount of sugar and grains we eat in our diet, and the environment we live in. Lemons, although acid in its natural state, are one of the most alkalizing foods we can eat.

And lastly, lemon water boosts your immune system. Lemons are packed with vitamin c, which is the easiest and quickest way to boost your immune system and your energy.

To make warm lemon water in the morning:

1. First thing in the morning, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into an 8-16 oz. glass of warm or room temperature water.
