Ingredients:
Potato juliance cutting- 2-3 number
onion – Diece cutting – 1 no.
green chilly
salt and water as required
turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
 water
mustard oil
Apply- Take a kadrai pour in mustard oil when that oil become a heat then that cutting potato, onion and slited green chilly fry well properly when that things become some red then give turmeric powder and give some water and give salt then stir well properly when that dish become dry then remove from gas and serve with hot luchi…..
