Ingredients
small disco pumpkin sliced boiled
red apply sliced. boiled
Sweet potato sliced. boiled
Potato sliced boiled
Sausages sliced ( optional) boiled
Red bell pepper chopped boiled
All according to your desire
Garlic pounded
Butter
Salt
Chill powder
Black pepper powder
Chat powder
All spices according to your desire
Method
Take a pan add add butter once butter is hot add garlic and cook till u get intensifying aroma, then add all spices and keep it aside. Now take a grilling pan add some oil and grill all vegi and fruits and then remove them and bring the pan to room temperature. Now add the garlic butter u made in starting and the add vegi and fruit and toss them well on very low flame and add chat powder and serve hot hot.
