Planet Almond Sprouted Chia Butter Crunch (170g)
This is slightly higher in fat and I would be careful and not eat a whole jar in one sitting! But, as an occasional addition to rye bread or a smoothie, it’s well worth it. I love stoneground raw nut butters as a treat and this one has really great ingredients including goji berries .

Burdock Root

Burdock root is also known as Arctium. The taproot of the young burdock is usually eaten as a root vegetable. Well it’s not commonly seen in modern European foods, it is popularity remains inside of Asia and Japan. The taste of these flowers were assembled out of an artichoke, to which the burdock is related. Usually the stalks are thoroughly peeled, and then either eaten raw or even boiled inside of salt water. Many herbalists have considered the dried burdock to be a diaphoretic, blood purifying agent and diuretic. The seeds are used in traditional Chinese medicine to help scalp treatments and the burdock root oil extract has essential fatty acids, including rare long-chain EFA’s and phytosterols.

The root of the burdock is composed mainly of carbohydrates, mucilage, starches, small amounts of sugar and largely inulin, NOT insulin. Inulin is the principal ingredient that is active in burdock root, and has been shown to have remarkable powers inside of the various lab studies done upon it. Inulin not only helps strengthen organs, but also the liver, and it’s natural sugars help regulate a person’s blood sugar metabolism. The majority of diabetics have claimed that Dave been able to almost eliminate the need for taking insulin. Inulin truly is regarded as a powerful regulator for the immune system and when paired with echinacea is a supremely powerful booster for your immune system.

Inulin is thought to attach itself to the surface of white blood cells and make them work better. It is even thought that Inulin can activate T-Cells in the attack against cancer cells. If you’re interested in the burdock root, I would highly suggest going to look at Essiac Tea because Essiac Tea uses one of its component ingredients, burdock root extract as a quick counter active ingredient to the spreading of the tumor’s themselves.
