HOW TO MAKE WASABI PUMPKIN SEED POWDER CRUSTED SALMON

These healthy nuts are for a stronger body and a better immunity.
This recipe is a blend of all the healthy nuts optimum for your body.
There is no specific time to have these nuts. These can be had at any time of the day or after any meal.

RECIPE:

Ingredients:
Pumpkin seeds – 1/4 cup
Musk melon seeds – 1/2 cup
Sunflower seeds – 1/2 cup
Flex seeds – 1/4 cup
Water melon seeds – 1/2 cup
Ghee – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Steps:
1. Put all seeds in a Kadai (Pan) on low flame and let the seeds splutter.
2. Keep stirring the seeds so that the ones at the bottom do not burn.
3. Once the seeds start spluttering, stir them for 1 more min.
4. Turn off the stove after 1 min.
5. Add ghee, salt and black pepper powder to the hot seeds mixture and mix well.
6. Remove the Kadai (Pan) from stove and transfer its contents in any broad vessel.
7. Allow the mixture to cool.
8. Once cooled, store it in an air tight container and have it as and when you want.
