[Function]

Tips blaasontsteking:
1. Drink ongeveer 2L water per dag (SPA blauw)
2. Meng je water met een beetje appelazijn
3. Gebruik een hoge dosering vitamine C
4. Probeer te plassen bij aandrang van de blaas
5. Drink pure biologische cranberrysap
6. Neem capsules met een cranberry extract (in combinatie met vitamine C)
7. Gebruik D-mannose

Tips chronische blaasontsteking:
1. Neem een onderhoudsdosis cranberry extract (eventueel met D-mannose en vitamine C)
2. Niet met zeep wassen
3. De billen afvegen van voor naar achteren
4. Draag katoenen ondergoed
5. Kleed je warm (vooral bij de buik en onderrug)
