Introduction:

In ancient times, garlic was used as a remedy for intestinal disorders, flatulence, worms, respiratory infections, skin diseases, wounds, symptoms of aging, and many other ailments. ●250g wholemeal spelt flour
●1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
●3 tbsp manuka honey
●1 large free-range egg
●1 teaspoon baking powder
●1/2 tsp baking soda
●1 cup grated pumpkin (raw)
●1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
●100g crystallized ginger, chopped
●1/2 cup apple juice
●1 tsp cinnamon
●1 tsp ginger
