[General feature]

[Function]

Blueberries are flowering plants of the genus Vaccinium with dark-blue berries. They are picked up from wild bushes which are free of pollution. Blueberry are rich in anthocyanosides,

proanthocyanidins, resveratrol, flavons and tannins inhibit mechanisms of cancer cell development and inflammation.

[Application]
1. Protect eyesight and prevent blindness, glaucoma, improve myopia.
2. Scavenge free radical activity, prevent atherosclerosis.
3. Soften blood vessels, enhance immune function.
4. Prevent brain from aging; anti-cancer

This is the breakfast tea I would make at Dr Cassar’s retreat on the Big Island. Although it’s called a breakfast tea, usually we would make it in the morning and then sip on it throughout the day, along with the blue green algae water. These two super drinks would keep me filled all day long, I think mainly due to the dense nutrient level of the combination of the two drinks.
I apologise for not giving measurements for the ingredients, as I have never used measurements. I can guesstimate that I would use

1 tablespoon of:
Lucuma
Cacao Powder
Coconut Oil

1 teaspoon of:
Maca Powder
Alma Extract (Indian Gooseberry)
Gingko Leaf
Spirulina
Vanilla Powder
Living Silica

A pinch of:
Cayenne pepper
Cinnamon
Green coffee bean extract

A few drops of:
Fulvic Acid
Ionic Magnesium Concentrate
