[Introduction:]

Grape Juice concentrate extract  powder is another powerful antioxidant. It strengthens and protects living tissue and aids in circulation. It is a super antioxidant, 20-50 times more powerful than vitamin C, E and beta-carotene. As we age, our bodies produce less antioxidant to combat the aging process and therefore need to supplement with these. Grape seed extract contain natural bioflavonoids called proanthocyanidins which help support the health of the cell membranes from free radical damage. Tiki Torched Hawaiian Ahi Tataki
Raw! Furakaki charred and chilled black and blue yellow fin ahi tuna slices. Served with wasabi, white shoyu, takuan sauce and mango sunomono.

Hawaiian Ahi Poke
Raw! Fresh yellowfin ahi tuna cubed and seasoned with hawaiian ogo seaweed, soy sauce, and sesame oil. On a bed of organic baby arugula fron the east side of oahu. A local favorite.

Kahalu’u “Smoke Meat”
An island pau hana favorite. Avocado wood smoked hawaiian grown pork with caramelized island sweet onions. Glazed with guava jelly and tossed with kauai’s oyama farms homegrown poha berries. Nothing better with a ice cold Heineken.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wrap
Grilled caribbean style jamaican jerk rubbed chicken, rolled up in a taro tortilla with nalo butter lettuce, bermuda onions, rasta sauces and tamarind lime cream chees dressing. Served with dean’s greens.
