Two simple ways of preparation:
The 1st way is like a drink:
2 liters of water bring to a boil, put in water a piece of tea and boil for 10 minutes. Sugar add to taste.
2nd method – curative:
Boil water, cool to 80 degrees Celsius, put the tea in the water and press for 24 hours. Keep the infusion no more than 3 days.
