[What is Citrus Aurantium]

Citrus aurantium L, belonging to the family Rutaceae, is widely distributed in China. Zhishi, the Chinese traditional name for Citrus aurantium, has long been a folk medicine in traditional Chinese medicine (TCMto improve indigestion and help stimulate the Qi (energy force).

[Function]

1. Have the function of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, hypolipidemic, vasoprotective and anticarcinogenic and cholesterol lowering actions.

2. Have the function of inhibiting following enzymes: Phospholipase A2, lipoxygenase, HMG-CoA reductase and cyclo-oxygenase.

3. Have the function of improving the health of capillaries by reducing the capillary permeability.

4. Have the function of reducing hay fever and other allergic conditions by inhibiting the release of histamine from mast cells. The possible activity of hesperidin could be explained by the inhibition of polyamine synthesis. (bitter orange extract)

Matcha Mint Latte:

Fresh Mint
- 1 ½ cup of soy milk
- 1 tsp of sugar and
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- 1 whole sprig of mint
- 2 tsp of green tea powder
- 1 tbsp of hot water.

In a medium saucepan, add soy milk, sugar, vanilla extract and 2 sprigs of mint. Bring to light boil.

In a mug, add 2 tsp of green tea powder and 1 tbsp of hot water. Mix well.

Now, I’ll add in my steamed milk to the mug, let it combine and enjoy!

Samoa Latte:

2 tsp Chocolate syrup around the glass
1 ½ Coconut milk steamed
Shot of espresso
Caramel sauce drizzle around the glass
Whipped cream
More caramel and chocolate on top of whipped cream
Toasted coconut flakes

In a mug, add chocolate syrup and caramel at bottom of glass. Percolate coffee on top. Pour steamed milk add whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes and add more swirls of chocolate syrup and caramel on top. Enjoy!

Turmeric Golden Milk Latte:

1 ½ cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ ground nutmeg
⅛ ground cardamom
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of kosher salt
Drizzle honey at the end

In a saucepan, add all ingredients together and whisk. Bring to a light boil and use aero-latte to froth the milk.

Horchata Latte:

1 tbsp cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 ½ cup unsweetened rice milk

Heat rice milk, sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer until sugar is dissolved, whisking occasionally, about 5 minutes. Use aero-latte to foam milk.

London Fog Latte:

¼ tsp lavender
1 tbsp earl grey
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Steamed milk
Water
Enjoy

In a tea sieve, add earl grey loose leaf tea and lavender buds. Close it up and add to mug. Pour in hot water ½ way up.
