In large pan melt 1 stick of butter(0)…add 2 chicken boullion cubes (4) and 2 cups water (0)
Bring to boil and add broccoli, celery and onion….cook for 5 minutes….pour into blender and blend until chopped
Return to pan: add Mrs. Dash, pepper, summer savory and garlic salt and 1/3 bar of Cabot pepper jack cheese(3) (optional)
Add 1 pint of heavy cream and 1 1/2 cups of light cream…add one scoop of soy protein powder to thicken and add protein….stir…..cook until boiling and then cook another 10 minutes, stirring often so cheese doesn’t stick to bottom….
