- 1 cup light buckwheat flour

- 1 tbsp organic coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp non-dairy milk
- Coconut Oil, to grease the waffle griddle
