Introduction:

In ancient times, garlic was used as a remedy for intestinal disorders, flatulence, worms, respiratory infections, skin diseases, wounds, symptoms of aging, and many other ailments. Die Versuchsflüssigkeit war ein in 100 ml Wasser gelöster Tropfen Kaffeesahne. (Für den ungestörten Versuch wurde diese Lösung nochmals verdünnt). Bei genauen Hinschauen erkennt man einen einheitlich laufenden Fluss der Teilchen von rechts Unten nach links Oben. Dieser wurde durch Adhäsionkräfte der unter ein zusätzliches Deckglas laufenden Flüssigkeitsprobe verursacht.
