Guacamole is a great dip to replace many unhealthy ranch dressings or cheese sauces. And it’s super quick and easy to make! Dr. Josh Axe shows you his favorite healthy guacamole recipe.

Ingredients:
2 avocados
1 tomato, sliced (or salsa)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 lime
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp dill

Directions:
1. Cut avocados in half, remove seed, and spoon out the inside of avocados into large bowl. Add tomato (or salsa), minced garlic, and lime juice. With a spoon, mash together until mixture becomes creamy.
2. Add sea salt and dill. Refrigerate and serve with bell pepper slices, carrots, or celery and enjoy!

I do not care for the ice cream sold in stores. Loaded with sugar, GMOs and other poisons. Not fit for consumption. After deciding to make my own, I ordered a Cuisinart machine due to the good reviews. A month went by after it came and I still was not well enough to use it so it went back. I figured I could try again later if my health became more stable.

Not having enough good days to make things like ice cream and realizing I was going to go off grid soon with only low EMF DC power, I tried a new method. I searched here on youtube “how to make ice cream with out a machine.

I made these with a spoon, a fork and left over containers. The first batch was the best vanilla I ever had. This batch was so so as trying new flavors. The chocolate peanut-butter [sun-butter] did not come out so great-I did not seal it right and it crystallized. That is why it looks SO GROSS. Other than that it was fine. The other 2 flavors came out great.

I love the control of making my own. No storing or eating a huge tub. No sugar [stevia sweetened] if I so choose and ALL ORGANIC and all real ingredients.
