This is a tasty tomato chutney.

Ingredients:

Ripe tomatoes 5-6 numbers

Roasted sesame seeds powder 2 tbsp

Red chilli powder 2 tbsp

Roasted methi seeds powder 1/4 th tsp

a pinch of heeng

Oil 2-3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method:

Chop the tomatoes finely. heat oil add the tomatoes and salt. cook till the oil separates. put off the flame. add rest of the ingredients and mix well. let it cool before serving.

Serving suggestions:

you can have this chutney with hot steam rice, with any kind of parathas. goes well with all south indian snacks. and can be had in any kind of sandwiches.
