[How to get it]

First, we collect raw propolis from beehives, then extract by low temperature with ethanol. Filter and concentrate, we get the pure propolis block at 98%. Then Low temperature crushing, adding edible and medicinal excipients, finally we get propolis powder.

Propolis comes from the substance like natural resin, which is collected by the bees from exudates of plants branches and bud the chemical substances of Propolis are found to be various, such as beeswax, resin, incense lipids, aromatic oil, fat-soluble oils, pollen and other organic matter. Studies have shown that the source of propolis resin in material has three types: bees collected plants secreted fluid, secretion in vivo metabolism of bee, and involvement in the process of forming the material.

Recipe for the sweet protein bread:

150 grams of oatmeal
2 eggs
30 grams of ground almonds
100ml unsweetened almond milk
Cinnamon and some stevia to sweeten

For the content:

10 grams raisins
10 grams of ground almonds
200 ml of unsweetened almond milk
2 large apples
cinnamon
1 egg
Stevia and a little butter almond extract
 

For the sauce you can take a protein powder. Or you take low calorie applesauce

Rezept für das süße Eiweissbrot:

150 gramm Hafer Mehl
2 Eier
30 gramm gemahlene Mandeln
100ml ungesüßte Mandelmilch
Zimt und etwas Stevia zum süßen

Für den Inhalt:

10 gramm Rosinen
10 gramm gemahlene Mandeln
200 ml ungesüßte Mandelmilch
2 große Äpfel
Zimt
1 Ei
Stevia und etwas Buttermandel Extrakt

Für die Soße könnt ihr ein Eiweisspulver nach Geschmack nehmen und als Soße verwenden. Oder ihr nehmt kalorienarmes Apfelmus
