[What is bilberry fruit]

Bilberry (Vaccinium Myrtillus L.) is a kind of perennial deciduous or evergreen fruit shrubs, mainly found in subarctic regions of the world as in Sweden, Finland and Ukraine, etc. Bilberries contain dense levels of anthocyanin pigments, which was said popularly to have been used by World War II RAF pilots to sharpen night vision. Garlic Parmesan–Baked Carrot Fries
Serves 2

INGREDIENTS
2 carrots
1 tablespoon oil
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon salt

Dipping Sauce
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F/200˚C.
Slice the top and bottom off of carrots then slice them in half, slice each half into thirds lengthwise.
In a large bowl, mix ingredients with carrot sticks.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes (depending on how crispy you want them).
Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Enjoy!

Dipping Sauce
Mix together ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve with warm carrot fries.
