[What is bilberry fruit]

Bilberry (Vaccinium Myrtillus L.) is a kind of perennial deciduous or evergreen fruit shrubs, mainly found in subarctic regions of the world as in Sweden, Finland and Ukraine, etc. Bilberries contain dense levels of anthocyanin pigments, which was said popularly to have been used by World War II RAF pilots to sharpen night vision. INGREDIENTS
Diced Onion — 1
Potato — 1
Broccoli — 1
Peeled Almond — 7
Butter — 1 Tsp
Salt — To Taste
Milk — ½ Cup
Fresh Pepper Powder — As desired

METHOD
1. Melt butter in a pressure pan.
2. Fry Onions, broccoli, potato for few minutes in reduced flame.
3. Pour water to cover it. Add almonds and allow to attain boiling point.
4. Close with lid with the vent and pressure cook for one whistle in medium flame.
5. When it cools down, blend it in a mixie. Dilute with more water, milk and heat it with salt.
6. Add pepper at the end and serve hot in soup bowl.
