[What is Siberian Ginseng?]

Eleutherococcus, also known as eleuthero or Siberian ginseng, grows in mountain forests and is native to eastern Asia including China, Japan, and Russia. Traditional Chinese Medicine has used eleutherococcus for reducing lethargy, fatigue, and low stamina as well as increasing endurance and resilience to environmental stresses. Dear YouTubers,

Firstly let me say this video is best enjoyed on a big screen 4K display from about 10 to 15 ft away, if possible. The sound of course is great at any distance, depending on your speakers. If you don’t know, be sure to set your YouTube settings to 4K too. If your internet connection can handle 4K, and at a high frame rate of 60p ( fps ).

Some people think these videos I produce are not really 4K or 60 fps. You need to understand a few things here. I am doing this as an amateur enthusiast doing a hobby and art. I call it an audiovisual artist or video artist. My purpose with all this is to produce the highest quality product I can. But within the limitations of the internet and technology. For instance this video would be hundreds of GB’s if it was the absolute highest quality. Whose internet connection and bandwidth and technology could handle that? So, I produce the best I can.

When I take a video I blow it up sometimes to be over 50x bigger than the original, and oft older videos are lower quality. And I enhance them to make them as ultra high definition UHD and the best quality I can. I also change the frame rate fps from say 23.976 or 24 or 30 to 60 fps or p or frames per second. I do this not to deceive people in any way, but to produce the highest quality I can. I operate on the same basis and do what Hollywood producers do. I Photoshop each individual frame. I do this with automated or semi-automated software, like plugins and effects. The end result is much better the more frames I work on and improve. E.g. if I have a 30 fps video and I change it to double the frames @ 60 fps, I have 2 frames the same all through. The way my software works is like photoshopping each frame individually with many unique enhancements and fixes to each frame. If it misses something on one frame it might get it on the other duplicated frame. The overall result is an optical illusion that is a much better final product. Apple testing shows the naked eye cannot tell any difference once you get to 24p or fps. But what about the mind’s eye? Think of subliminal messages in video, you can’t see them but you know they occurred subconsciously. So a higher frame rate of 60p is noticed by the mind. And if the video is done well it should be more pleasurable and enjoyable. It’s about replicating the natural experience as much as possible. And trying to go on to a larger than real life experience that is still more enjoyable. Philosophically I try to eliminate harm all-round as much as possible, to give the most enjoyable and pleasurable experience. If you don’t understand feel free to ask me. As well as this the whole world is going over to 4K and high frame rates to be as high a quality as possible. I am doing up old and new videos to meet this demand.

I also use several other apps as required. And Audio enhancement software. It typically takes about 30 to 60 hrs to do a vid like this. I actually only spent about 2 to 3 hrs working on it. My computer did most of the work rendering etc. I mainly supervise. My main computer would have done it a lot quicker. It was a lower quality video to start. I improved it as much as possible. False Rumors About Beta Glucan
I believe the most misleading thing on the internet to be, the misuse of the term “Micronized.” This marketing gimmick has been out there for as long as I’ve been involved in the Beta Glucan business. I don’t even believe “micronized” to be a word. For those who are unfamiliar, a micron is a measurement of length. It’s like a foot, an inch, or a yard; if I told you something was inchized or yardized, what in the world would that be telling you? It would mean NOTHING.

Hence, to be using such a term in order to describe a compound you sell, doesn’t really mean anything. Is it one micron, two microns, or 200 microns? Now if the term Sub-Micronized was used, it would indicate the diameter of a particle less than one micron.

I’ve Got News For all of You

All Baker’s Yeast cells are the same size: 2-4 Microns. Therefore, all Beta Glucans, unless they have been crushed up by process, are going to be 2 to 4 Microns. Now I see some websites talking about, “Oh! You know they’re throwing boulders [Big Microns] and we’re shooting bullets ["Micronized" Microns].” It is all “Stupid Hogwash,” preying on the ignorance of the public. The bottom line is, your immune cells, we’re talking about the phagocytes; can actually consume two, three, four, and maybe even more of these 2-4 micron-sized particles. How do I know that? Again, it is published in peer-reviewed literature.

Another example is a study published out of Japan where scientists made their own beta glucan, without discussing their source or how it was purified. They fed a particular prescription NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug) to some rats while at the same time, they gave them their self-made Beta Glucan: All of The Rats Died! Due to this flawed study, many remarks were made claiming beta glucan should not be taken with Tylenol, Aspirin, or Ibuprofen. So, I asked that the experiment be repeated with Beta-1, 3D Glucan and in fact, the study was published and None of The Rats Died! That misinformation about not being able to take beta glucan with common NSAIDs is as bogus as the day is long.

Another gripe I have, and I do not mind citing it, is the one I have taken up with WedMD. These guys are not reliable when they say beta glucan should not be taken for more than a week consecutively. I have asked them, “Where is your resource on this subject?” I have customers who have taken very high doses of beta glucan daily for more than a decade and they are healthy as can be. Their children, and now their children’s children, are taking high doses of Beta Glucan on a daily basis. I have never had ONE person who has ever had a side effect where some doctor said “Beta Glucan is the reason for this side effect.” It is probably one of the safest, if not THE SAFEST compound you can put in your body. This includes Vitamin C and Vitamin A, as you can ingest toxic levels of these vitamins.

So those are my three biggest issues that I see floating around out there. After 15 years, I feel we have done a good job educating our customers and encouraging them to do their due diligence. Therefore, I believe the tide is slowly turning against these urban legends and false rumors.
