[What is Siberian Ginseng?]

Eleutherococcus, also known as eleuthero or Siberian ginseng, grows in mountain forests and is native to eastern Asia including China, Japan, and Russia. Traditional Chinese Medicine has used eleutherococcus for reducing lethargy, fatigue, and low stamina as well as increasing endurance and resilience to environmental stresses. Eleutherococcus is considered an “adaptogen,” a term that describes herbs or other substances that, when ingested, appears to help an organism increase resistance to stress. There is strong evidenceEleutherococcus senticosus increases endurance and mental performance in patients with mild fatigue and weakness.

One Pot -”Spicy Ranch Chicken and Broccoli”

2lbs chicken breast

1/2 cup Gregg’s Ranch (or any full fat ranch; no – fat or reduced fat is yucky)
11/2 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup

1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 1Tbsp minced garlic)
2 Tbsp fennel seed
1 tsp pepper flakes (more or less)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or more if you like hot)
2/3 c shredded or grated Parmesan cheese (not shown in video oops!)
(no salt needed when using parm. cheese)
2-ish broccoli crowns

Cook chicken in a little oil, cube and set aside
In same pan,stir in rest of the sauce ingredients
Add back in cooked chicken
Add broccoli last before serving so it doesn’t get mushy.
Cover for about 10-15 minutes on med- low.
Great over spaghetti noodles or rice!
