Blueberry Jam – or Blueberry Sauce…this is a super simple recipe that you can use as a base for other things like cookies, baked breads, oatmeal bars, or even just peanut butter and jelly!

Ingredients:
11 ounces or 300 grams of blueberries
2 teaspoons flax/chia seeds (ground)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (1/2 is probably even enough)
Dash of cinnamon

Boil the blueberries and sugar for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the flax/chia seeds, vanilla extract and cinnamon, boil five more minutes. Let cool. That’s it! Use within several days.
