[Introduction:]

Grape Juice concentrate extract  powder is another powerful antioxidant. It strengthens and protects living tissue and aids in circulation. It is a super antioxidant, 20-50 times more powerful than vitamin C, E and beta-carotene. As we age, our bodies produce less antioxidant to combat the aging process and therefore need to supplement with these. Grape seed extract contain natural bioflavonoids called proanthocyanidins which help support the health of the cell membranes from free radical damage. Press a third of each spice into the capsule then click the two sides together Take one daily with a meal, if you feel fine taking one you can move up to 2 and even 3 over a few weeks. Make sure to be taking with food. Obviously use alongside a low fat/sugar diet and incorporate exercise into your daily routine if you are trying to lose weight and those options are available to you.
