This Raspberry cheesecake recipe is super easy to make, doesn’t need many ingredients and is low in carbs, gluten free and sugar-free.

== Ingredients ==

* 150gr almond flour
* 50gr melted coconut butter
* 1 tsp sweetener/ honey/stevia

filling:

* 400gr cream cheese
* 2 eggs
* 100gr greek yoghurt
* sweetner/ honey / stevia
* 2 tsp vanilla extract

Let’s get started:

1. in a bowl mix almond flour ( i divide it into 3 parts and add it to the butter) and coconut butter 2gether
2. add sweetener
3. add flour until the dough gets a bit harder and gooey.
4. next we gonna spray oil in a pan and spread the dough I use a fork. put the Dough in the fridge and let it chill
5. next we’ll make the filling add 400gr of cream cheese
6. add 2 eggs
7. greek yogurt
8. add sweetener honey or stevia
9. add vanilla extract
10. mix well
11. and add it into cake form
12. add raspberry mousse which was frozen berries and just a bit of water that it gets that consistency
13. add drops and use a toothpick for shaping hearts
14. bake the cake on 200° for 10min and then on 135° for 1h
15. et voila the creamy holiness
