Opening your third eye is important in developing extrasensory perception and improving your psychic powers such as: how to see the future, astral projection, telepathy and precognition.

In the brain the Pineal gland is responsible for regulating our more primitive survival based urges including thirst, hunger and sexual desire. 1. Sit with your back straight and your hands face up in your lap.

3. Relax your facial muscles and jaw, let your mouth hang open.
4. Inhale, and as you exhale say “Ohm”, drag the word out and let it vibrate through you.
5. Repeat for about ten minutes.

You will notice an increase pressure in the center of your forehead, or you may hear a pulsing or throbbing. These are good signs and shows that your third eye is trying to awaken.
