Citrus aurantium L, belonging to the family Rutaceae, is widely distributed in China. Zhishi, the Chinese traditional name for Citrus aurantium, has long been a folk medicine in traditional Chinese medicine (TCMto improve indigestion and help stimulate the Qi (energy force).

Horlicks Oats And Five Dal Bath is a healthier version of having both oats and nutritious dal blended perfectly with veggies.
Ingredients:
Chana dal 1 tea spoon
Urad dal 1 tea spoon
Split Black gram dal 1 tea spoon
Red dal 1 tea spoon
Yellow dal 1 tea spoon
Horlicks Oats as required
Mustard seeds 1 tea spoon
Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
Dry red chilies 1 number
Curry leaves 2 springs
Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
Hing pinch
Carrot (1 inch slices) 1 number
Drum stick (chopped – 1 inch length) 1 number
Onion (chopped) 1 number
Tomatoes (chopped) 2 number
Hot water as required
Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
Red chili powder (optional) 1 tea spoon
Oil as required
Method:
Dry roast chana dal, urad dal, black gram, split black gram, yellow gram, red dal on slow flame.
Once we get desired aroma, transfer this to a blender and grind to a coarse powder.
For Tempering:
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilies, curry leaves and saute it.
When they sizzle, add turmeric powder, hing, mix well.
Add carrots, drumsticks to the above pan and saute it for about half a minute.
Now add chopped onions, salt (to taste) and cook well.
When veggies are slightly cooked, add some hot water along with chopped tomatoes.
Later, season it with coriander powder, red chili powder (optional) and let it cook with closed lid.
Now add the prepared dal powder and let it come to a boil.
At last, add oats to the same pan, mix it and cook it for about a minute.
Delicious and Healthy Horlicks Oats and Five Dal Bath is now ready to serve.
