[What is that?]

Chlorophyll is a natural green pigment which is obtained through extraction and refining processes from natural green plants or silkworm feces.Chlorophyll is stabilized chlorophyll, which is prepared from chlorophyll by saponification and replacement of magnesium atom with copper and sodium. Chlorophyll is dark green to blue black powder, easily soluble in water but slightly soluble in alcohol and chloroform, with transparent jade green water solution without sediment.

Ingredients-
250gm green peas
250 gm potatoes
1/2 tsp asafetida
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 green chilli chopped
1 tomato
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Preparation-In half cup hot water mix all the dry spices together,coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well Heat the oil,to it add asafetida,cumin seeds and green chilli Mix well. Next add the dry spices and water mixture. Mix well.Now add the tomatoes,potatoes and green peas, toss well. Add salt and let it cook on slow flame . Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis
