What is Grape Skin extract?

Grape skin extract are industrial derivatives from whole grape seeds that have a great concentration of vitamin E, flavonoids, linoleic acid, and OPCs. Typically, the commercial opportunity of extracting grape seed extract constituents has been for chemicals known as polyphenols, including oligomeric proanthocyanidins recognized as antioxidants.

Grape skin extract is rich in Oligomers Procyanidin Complexes (OPC) , which is a powerful antioxidant. In addition to the ultra rich potence of over 20 times higher than Vitamin C. Grape skin extract is also 50 times better than Vitamin E. Grape skin extract helps to strengthen the immune system, and also slowdown the aging process, which is of very high market value. Procyanidin B2, which is the most active compound to neutralize free radicals that cause aging, is available only in Grape Seed.

In Europe, OPC from grape skin extract proanthocyanidins has been adopted and used for several decades as a safe and effective compound. Easy and quick recipe for homemade chicken vegetable soup (Caldo in Spanish)
Ingredients:
Half portion of regular size cabbage
2 peeled carrots cut in 1-2 in. portions
1 medium size onion cut in half
1 zucchini cut in 1in. portions (or 2 Mexican squash)
2 Roma tomatoes cut in half
1 1/2 cups of cut celery
1 Russet peeled potato cut in half
1 seeded medium Bell Pepper cut in half
4 teaspn of Chicken flavored Bouillon
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon each of salt & pepper
1 (12.5 oz)can Tyson Premium chunk chicken or 2 chicken breasts
(optional: a small portion of cilantro)

Carefully wash all fresh vegetables and cut according to recipe.
Assemble all veggies in a 4.8 – 6 Qt. Dutch oven or sauce pot.
Add 8 cups of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add the chicken bouillon, garlic powder, the cilantro and Tyson chicken (including the liquid from the Tyson chicken can). Bring to second boil for 5 min. then simmer 10 min. Let stand for another 10 minutes.
Optional: for a spicy flavor add some chili powder when you add the chicken bouillon & garlic powder.
