Walnuts 2 tbs
Blueberries ½ cup
Orange Juice ¼ cup
White Sugar 2 tbs
Cornstarch ½ tsp
1 Egg
Vanilla Extract ½ tsp
Brown Sugar 2 tbs
Milk 1 cup
Butter 1 tbs
4 Slices of Bread
Orange marmalade 3 tbs
Procedures
1. In a frying pan, roast walnuts for 3 minutes.
2. Add blueberries, orange juice, white sugar and cornstarch. Stir again until sauce becomes thickened.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients, egg, vanilla extract, brown sugar and milk. Whisk to blend well.
4. Prepare slices of bread and orange marmalade.
5. Spread orange marmalade onto the bread then dip into the egg mixture.
6. Heat frying pan, add butter.
7. Cook bread and flip when they turn golden brown.
8. Remove the bread.
9. Top with blueberry orange walnut sauce.
10. Share and Enjoy!!!
