NJIRA:

2. Thirani mafuta mu poto ndikuyika njere za mpiru, fenugreek, masamba a curry, chilli wobiriwira, maungu, ndi kuwasakaniza.
3. Onjezani ufa wa turmeric, mchere ndi kusakaniza, kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3 ndi chivindikiro.
