Intangiriro

Quercetin ni pigment y'ibimera (flavonoid). Iboneka mu bimera byinshi no mu biribwa, nka vino itukura, igitunguru, icyayi kibisi, pome, imbuto, Ginkgo biloba, ikibuga cya Mutagatifu Yohani, umusaza w’umunyamerika, n’abandi. Icyayi cy'ibinyomoro gifite quercetin nyinshi. Abantu bakoresha quercetin nk'umuti.

Quercetin ikoreshwa mu kuvura imiterere yumutima nimiyoboro yamaraso harimo "gukomera kwimitsi" (atherosclerose), cholesterol nyinshi, indwara z'umutima, nibibazo byizunguruka.
