UBURYO:
1. Fata isafuriya hanyuma ushyiremo chana dal, imbuto za coriandre, ibigori bya pepper, chillies yumutuku wumye hamwe na roza yumye hanyuma wohereze muri blender, ongeramo cocout nziza cyane, amazi make hanyuma ukore paste yoroshye.
2. Shyushya amavuta mu isafuriya hanyuma ushyiremo imbuto ya sinapi, imbuto za fenugreek, amababi ya kariri, chillies icyatsi, ibice by'ibihaza, hanyuma ubiteke.
3. Kuri yo kongeramo ifu ya turmeric, umunyu hanyuma ubivange, uteke muminota 2-3 ufite umupfundikizo.
4. Ongeramo umutobe wa tamarind, amazi make hanyuma ubivange, nyuma utekeshe umupfundikizo kuminota 3-4.
5. Ongeramo toor dal yatetse, paste yoroshye, umunyu, ubiteke muminota 3-4.
6. Atlast ongeramo amababi ya coriander hanyuma uzimye flame.
7. Noneho pumpkin sambar udupi style yiteguye gutanga.
