Konjac is a plant that is found in China, Japan and Indonesia. The plant is part of the genus Amorphophallus. Typically, it thrives in the warmer regions of Asia.

    ١/٤ كوب سكر بني
    ١/٤ كوب زبدة جوز الهند
    ١ م ص قرفه بودرة
    ١ م ك مستخلص الڤانيلا

    في زبديه كبيره نضع الشوفان، اللوز، جوز الهند المبشور، والقرفه ونقلب حتى تندمج المكونات.
    في طنجرة، نسخن زبدة جوز الهند، السكر البني، مستخلص الڤانيلا، والعسل ونقلب ل ٣ دقائق حتى تذوب المكونات.
    نضب الخليط فوق الشوفان ونقلب جيداً حتى تتغلف كلها بالسائل.
    نفرد ورق الزبده في صينية كبيره ونسكب الجرانولا ونفرها بشكل مسطح حتى تستوي بالتساوي.
    تخبز في الفرن ل ٢٥-٣٠ دقيقه على درجة حرارة ١٥٠.
    بعد مرور ١٠ دقائق تقلب الجرانولا و نكمل خبز.
    بعد أن تحمصت وتحولت الى اللون الذهبي تخرج من القرن و تترك لتبرد ثم نضع التوت البري ونقلب.
    تقدم مع الحليب والفواكة.

    4 cups oats
    1 cup shredded coconut
    1 cup shredded almonds
    1 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup honey
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup coconut butter
    1 ts cinnamon powder
    1 tbs vanilla extract
    In a large bowl, mix the coconut, oats, cinnamon, and almonds.
    In a sauce pan combine the honey, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut butter and cook for 3 mins until sugar is melted.
    Pour in the liquid into the oats and combine until there is no more dry spot.
    Spread mixture in a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    Bake for 25 mins on 150 degrees until golden brown.
    Stir granola after 10 mins in the oven.
    Allow granola to cook down then mix in the cranberries.
    Serve with almond milk and berries. .
