Potato and Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
1 bag little gem potatoes cut to bite size
1 Cup of frozen peas
1-2 Cups of frozen carrots
1 medium onion (diced)
6-8 mushrooms coarsely chopping
3-4 garlic cloves minced
¼ Cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp vegetable stock mix
1 cartoon of vegetable broth
2 Cups of water
salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 6 – 8 hours. Enjoy.
