Pumpkin Pie Spice Ingredient List:

* 3 T. Ground Cinnamon
* 2 t. Ground Cloves
* 2 t. Ground Ginger
* 2 t. Ground Nutmeg

Pumpkin Spice Latte Ingredient List:

* 1 cup Milk (I used almond milk)
* 2 T. Pumpkin puree
* 1 T. Sugar
* 1/4 t. to 1/2 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice (depending on how spicy you like it!)
* 1/4 t. Vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup Espresso

For Pumpkin Bread, using your favorite recipe for Banana Bread, change the ingredients like this:

* Eliminate the banana
* add 3/4 cup Pumpkin puree
* add 2 T. Pumpkin pie spice
* Optional topping: A few raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas) sprinkled on top of the bread batter
