Flaxseed extract is a kind of plant ligan most notably found in flaxseed. Secoisolariciresinol diglycoside, or SDG is existed as its main bioactive components. SDG is classified as a phytoestrogen since it is a plant-derived, nonsteroid compound that possesses estrogen-like activity. Flaxseed extract  SDG has weak estrogenic activity, when intake as food it will be trasfer to flax ligan which have same structure with estrogens.The level of SDG in flaxseed typically varies between 0.6% and 1.8%. Flaxseed extract powder SDG can reduce the blood lipid, cholesterin and triglyceride, it can also prevent for apoplexy, hyperension, blood clots, arteriosclerosis and arrhythmia. In addition, flax seed extract powder SDG is benificial for diabetes and CHD.

    Round Chia and Flax Seed Crackers with Pumpkin, Sunflower and Sesame Seeds ~ Gluten Free
    In a large bowl combine with a fork:
    ½ Cup Chia Seeds
    ½ Cup Ground Flax Seed Meal
    ½ Cup Unsalted Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
    ½ Cup Unsalted Roasted Sunflower Seed
    ½ Cup Sesame Seeds
    ¼ tsp. Salt (If using Salted Seeds skip adding the Salt)
    1 Cup Water
    Mix together until combined and let sit for 10 Minutes, if the mix is to dry add a little more water.
    As the mixture sits it will thicken.
    (Optional if you would like to add any herbs/spices add them in with the seeds before you add the water)
    Line a cookie sheet with a Sil-pat Baking mat or Parchment Paper.

    I used a Cookie Scoop #50 to evenly measure out the Cracker Rounds. Use any size of your choice.
    Place the scoops onto the Prepared Cookie Sheets.
    Use a small piece of Wax Paper,, Place the wax paper over one of the scoops. Use a Small Plastic Container or cup and Flatten the Crackers into Rounds

    Bake in a Preheated 325* Oven

    Bake for 30 minutes
    Turn the Crackers over and continue baking about 10 more minutes or until done.

    Depending on how thick you make your crackers and how much liquid you add will determine how long they take to bake.

    I removed any crackers that were nice and crispy and placed on a wire rack. I continued baking the last few crackers a few more minutes. Make sure they are dry and not moist when you touch them. If you made them very thick.. you can turn your oven down to 300* to make sure they are completely dry.

    Cool them completely on a wire rack before storing in a container. These stay fresh for a couple of weeks in an air tight container.

    Add all of the ingredients into a food processor together and blend it up until it sticks together. Take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and form them into small balls by rolling them between the palms your my hands. Take a sprinkling of some more cacao powder on a plate and roll the truffles though it to coat them. Place in the fridge to chill before eating.

    ACAI POWDER
    Acai Bowl (Serves 1):
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

    Toppings: Coconut chips, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cacao nibs, mint leaves etc.
    Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and add on your toppings of choice.

    MACA POWDER
    Salted Caramel Nice-Cream (Makes 3 scoops):
    2 bananas

    Pinch pink Himalayan salt
    Blend the bananas in a food processor until almost smooth, then add in the remaining ingredients and blend again.

    BAOBAB POWDER
    Boabab Immune Boosting Tonic:

    1 thumb-size piece ginger, juiced
    Juice of 1/2 lemon
    Mix the 1 tsp baobab powder with a small amount of water in a glass until it dissolves. Add in the ginger and lemon juice, fill the rest of the glass with more cold water and stir again.

    BLUEBERRY POWDER
    Blueberry Smoothie:
    1 banana
    1/2 cup oats

    RASPBERRY POWDER
    1/3 cup chia seeds

    Add the chia seeds, raspberry powder, coconut milk and maple syrup into a jar or bowl, mix them together then place in the fridge to set overnight. Remove it in the morning and add on toppings of choice.

    MATCHA POWDER
    Matcha Latte:

    Heat the almond milk in a saucepan on a low heat. Add the matcha powder to a cup, fill 1/4 of the cup with the warm almond milk and whisk until the powder dissolves. Pour in the rest of the warm almond milk and stir well.

    SPIRULINA POWDER:
    Spirulina Juice:
    1 piece ginger
    1 green apple
    1 pear
    1 cucumber
    2 carrots
    Juice of 1 lemon

    Juice all of the fruits and vegetables minus the lemon. Squeeze in the juice from the lemon, add in the spirulina powder and stir well.

    WHEATGRASS POWDER:
