This is my personal review update on 5-HTP supplement that I have been taking for 4 months now to help getting off pain meds with very little side effect. I have been sleeping very well, not anxious anymore, and have a good feeling that this supplements helps with my low carb lifestyle controlling carb cravings(if any).
